Brett Davis’s Sample Eating Plan to get Lean

8 am – 2 servings of Brett Davis Nutrition Protein Powder mixed with cinnamon and ½ cup of steal cut oatmeal

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 

10 am – 1 serving of Brett Davis Nutrition Protein Powder with half or whole baked potato

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 

12 pm – 1 serving of Brett Davis Nutrition Protein Powder with 1 or ½ cup of steamed brown rice

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 

3 pm – 1 serving of Brett Davis Nutrition Protein Powder with 1 cup of steamed vegetables

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 

6 pm – 1 serving of Brett Davis Nutrition Protein Powder with 1 cup of string beans

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 

9 pm – 1 serving of Brett Davis Nutrition Protein Pudding or 2 tablespoons of peanut butter or yogurt

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 



Brett's Daily Eating Plan #2



 8 am – Brett's Vanilla Whey Protein Shake and 16 oz of water.

               

10 am – 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt Plain and an Apple

                Drink 16 oz of water plus 5,000 IU of Vitamin D.

 

12 pm – Chicken Breast & 1/2 cup of Brown Rice and Salsa

                Drink 16 oz of water plus 1500 MG of Brett's Recovery Capsules.

 

3 pm – Brett's Vanilla Egg White Protein Shake

                Drink 16 oz of water plus 1500 MG of Brett's Recovery Capsules.

 

6 pm – 2 Salmon Burger Patties, Salad with low fat dressing and steamed veggies

                Drink 16 oz of water.

 

9 pm – Brett's Vanilla Protein Popsicale
